I’m a rising senior at Barnard College studying Computer Science and Philosophy. I’m especially interested in hardware/embedded systems engineering, and I have done research at Columbia’s Mobile X lab on computational textiles.
In my free time, I have worked as a fiber arts teacher since 2022, where I have taught weaving, knitting, crochet, needle-felting, and embroidery. I am currently interning at the Textile Arts Center, where I have been learning more about contemporary textiles and ecologically friendly production methods.
I have also recieved a grant from Barnard’s Design Center to create e-textile prototypes using traditional fabrication methods.
